On 13^th May 2022 during their Design and Technology lesson some of our Year 9 students took part in a sensory analysis of shop bought meals that contain potato. This links into a mini project to plan, design and make their own assessment potato dish. Students looked at the colour, flavour, texture and price of the shop bought dishes.  They evaluated the meals thoroughly in order that they can include the positive elements in their own dish.
