On Wednesday 11th May some of our Year 8 Design Technology students made mini quiches using a selection of different fillings.  Students had previously made pastry and this lesson they filled their cases with their choice of fillings and egg mix.  They had to be careful not to overfill the cases and keep a very steady hand.  Well done on some great looking mini quiches Year 8.
