Another sign of returning to more normal times is the sight of Year 11 pupils being able to simulate real interview situations. Here under the watchful and ever helpful guidance of Rob Pilch (Springfield's Enterprise Advisor) the pupils were able to throw their energy and enthusiasm into the roles of job seeker and interviewer with impressive force. Watch out local employers/universities they will soon be coming your way!
