Students and teachers were thrilled to take part in a live lesson on the afternoon of Thursday, 16 January which streamed live from 'Lessons From A Boat' on the Atlantic.  This was day 26 of their journey across the Atlantic from La Gomera (Canary Islands) to Antigua, participating in the World's Toughest Row Atlantic.  With less than 650 NM to go the crew were in good spirits and were keen to answer some questions posed by students and teachers.  Over the past few weeks the crew have seen a range of wildlife including a blue marlin, a pod of dolphins and a storm petrel who they named 'Pepper'.  Mr Wilburn explained that earlier in the journey they battled in stormy weather and encountered waves that were as high as the school's B-Block!  We are glad they made it through the storms and wish them all the best during last leg of their incredible journey.
